Due to iod in 2005 ptsd i was treated by gp who referred me to a specialist psychiatrist. I was medically boarded in 2017 with ptsd on duty being one of the causes.Labour sat and decided not ptsd on duty.Matter on appeal referred to tribunal and labour dishonesty stated at tribunal first time they are seeing some documents i the claimant refuted this allegation.Matter remanded for reassessment to 30 April to conclude assessment and report to tribunal. Labour cancelled tribunal reason given no money to make payment to tribunal officials ( note deception/dishonesty once again by labour.I was referred to an independent psychiatrist by labour in Pietermaritzburg although i live in Durban but insisted they convey me with their own transport which they did I was referred to a Black doctor of the file handlers race.Why Pietermaritzburg when we have many psychiatrist in Durban i cannot comprehend (victimization and other possible racial reasons ) Whilst in Pietermaritzburg i was then told that the doctor was not available due to him being delayed at the airport.With the history of lies and deception labour portrayed thus far i did not buy this storey. After much persuasion to Durban Labour Department (workmanscomp) under Adv Chetty an appointment was made with another Black doctor not doctors of other race groups .l really dont have a problem visiting or treatment by Black doctors because to me all doctor's are same irrespective of race ,colour or creed.Why was this referrals by labour and what were they expecting favour/influence. Exactly what happened the independent doctor gave labour favour who is their client and paymaster.Kindly give advice on way forward.
