The Minister of Environmental Affairs, has givin notice of the intention to publish the National Guideline on Minimum information Requirements for Preparing Environmental impact Assessments for Mining Activities that Require Environmental Authorisation, in terms of section 24J of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), as set out in the Schedule. Public comment is invited before 9 March 2018. R.86 of 2018
