National Environmental Management:  Biodiversity Act (10/2004)

The Minister of Environmental Affairs has published, for public comment, the draft Alien and Invasive Species regulations in terms of section 97(1) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004) as set out in the Schedule. Public comment is invited to be due by 15 March. R.112 of 2018
