This Additional Service is a step by step investigation to determine the root cause of an incident to ensure that procedures can be set in place to prevent that incident from happening again.
Overview of MIRCA Incident Investigation:
When incidents occur in the workplace it impacts many areas of the business. Your employees look to you for guidance. They need their employer to help ensure that future incidents are prevented as much as is possible. The only way to prevent incidents from happening is to properly understand what caused them.
That’s where this Additional Service becomes beneficial. This Additional Service - MIRCA (MAKROSAFE Incident Root Cause Analysis) is a step-by-step investigation to determine the root cause of an incident to ensure that procedures can be set in place to prevent that incident from happening again.
What to expect:
You can expect a thorough investigation of the incidents and a detailed description of the measures to be put into place to prevent the incident from recurring.
After the MIRCA has been completed, the Control Measures in the Task Risk Assessment must be updated by the Health and Safety Representative, implimented and monitored.
