The latest trends have seen most adult employees resorting to e-learning which they consider convenient and time saving. E-Learning doesn't require leaners to go to classes regularly, a convenience that is much appreciated at a time where business and personal affairs take up much time anyway. However, this type of learning has some disadvantages as classrooms interactions put learners in a better position to improve their knowledge. The sharing of information through discussions, demonstrations and displays are vital when educating people who will have to deal companies employees.

The most important thing about bringing interpersonal skills into the classroom is that it enables learners to be vocal and outspoken. In the process, this ensures that different views and different opinions are shared at discussions levels and these attributes to one's skills. Interpersonal interaction skills could help them in discussions where information would be shared hence alleviate both groups to the same level. Discussions and debates could iron out the age difference, increasing knowledge on both sides.

Moreover, besides age, people of different races, sex and religions are subjected to the same training in a class. It would be essential for them to have interactions skills that could enable them to open up to each other in discussions and overcome their differences. This would enable that learners are of understanding of each other which would enable them to work effectively together where they are required to, most importantly; the workplace.

Learning is a two way channel, from the lecturer to the learners and vice versa. A lecturer is expected to dish out information but it is essential that learners in turn ask questions or share experiences during the course of the training. All reputable institutions appoint lecturers who can bank on vast experiences; each incident or experience can add value or push people back to the drawing board to consider the new views and opinions.

To keep debate going, lecturers should go out of their way to ensure that learners feel as free and comfortable as possible during classes so as to ensure that they also bring out their interaction skills. Lectures should be analytic and be able to generate discussions and debates amongst their learners and these are personal attributes.

Another vital personal skill for lecturers is the ability to listen to the learners and value their input. Learners could share experiences and challenges in their various institutes in a plight to find solutions. While all this information can be off use to many, lecturers at established training institutions in particular make sure that the privacy and confidentiality of all involved remains respected.

The importance of interpersonal and interaction skills is unavoidable, as long as one is dealing with humans especially from different fraternities of life. Personal skills are a must in a class to ensure efficiency and to achieve maximum success. But only training institutions that can rely on a track-record that stretches over many years and many different industries, understand the significance and importance of debate and information exchange in multiple ways.
